The position of Client Care Lead will be a leadership role and the person must have the ability to engage clients in a positive and professional way through the client support process in order to set an example for their team members as we strive, as an organization, to deliver our CaterTrax Client Experience. They must be willing to work in a team environment and have strong communication skills with clients and fellow employees.

The role of Instructional Designer is an integral part of an innovative design team that creates custom content for all CaterTrax products and services. This content will be developed, in a variety of media forms, and with guidance from the Director of Product Management, and input from the Director Client Experience, to educate the internal target audience of CaterTrax Employees and the external target audience of CaterTrax Clients. This position reports to the Director Product Management as the subject matter expert on all products and services offered.

The position of Training Lead will be a leadership role and the person must have the ability to engage clients in a positive and professional way through the client training process in order to set an example for their team members as we strive, as an organization, to deliver our CaterTrax Client Experience. They must be willing to work in a team environment and have strong communication skills with clients and fellow employees.

The Interactive Marketing Developer plays a key role in the marketing strategy. The person in this position will be responsible for implementing graphic design across a range of projects and deliverables including the company website, microsites, marketing campaigns, interactive sales and department collateral, product requests through commercialization, and email templates. This is a critical role for the marketing strategy and maintaining the companies premium brand positioning.
