CaterTrax is excited to share that the newest Advanced Search enhancements are now available!

After gathering client feedback from the first roll-out of Advanced Search enhancements in early 2025, the team worked diligently to implement the following:

• Search for Order Items: Site Administrators can now easily find orders with specific products or features using Advanced Search.

Maybe someone knows they ordered filet mignon for one of their events, but they can’t remember anything else.

Or, what if there has been staff turnover? The person who put together an event last year has since moved on, and a new staff member doesn’t know their name. They were told that caprese skewers and mini crab cakes were served at the event, and now the customer is requesting to replicate that same menu.

Situations like these arise frequently, and the new Advanced Search enhancements improve the way administrators search for events – past, present, and future.

When logged in, administrators can now enter a specific term into the “Order Item” textbox within Advanced Search to expand their search criteria for improved results, saving operators even more time each day.
