New Feature Alert: Advanced Search

CaterTrax is excited to announce our new Advanced Search feature, which directly results from client feedback and simplifies day-to-day organization tasks. This enhancement targets busy operators who need to quickly find and manage orders within a high-volume management system.
This new feature represents additional value for operators, allowing them to locate orders based on an expanded set of criteria:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Event Name
  • Status (including custom)
  • Payment Status

CaterTrax operators are already loving the benefits of Advanced Search:

I just noticed that there’s now an advanced search for orders. This is great because I had to look for an order the other day and nobody seemed to know whose account it was in. I had the order number, after digging deep in the email chain to find it, but if I know a code or a date range, that works out much better. That update is useful!”- Current CaterTrax Administrator

Operators can access Advanced Search by logging in and clicking the “Advanced Search” button directly below the existing “Search Order ID” bar.

Once the button is clicked, the Advanced Search interface will display with all expanded search criteria, as shown here.
