In early November we sent clients our Annual CaterTrax Experience Survey* in which we asked questions about how they use the TRAX Platform, how they feel about their experiences interacting with our staff, and provide them the opportunity to share open-ended comments about anything and everything CaterTrax-related. Not only did we receive a wide variety of insightful feedback to help guide our roadmap for the future, but we also gained 16 new TRAXERS who have been having such a positive experience with us that they had to share their story.
