Meet the Team

Meet the CaterTrax Leadership Team

Clint is responsible for providing leadership to meet the company’s short and long-range goals and strategies. Clint leads the Executive Team to support the strategic planning necessary to help CaterTrax set results-driven objectives in favor of our partners, clients, and shareholders. 

 

  • As Chief Executive Officer, Clint brings 20+ years of strategic technology and operational leadership experience to our team.

    Clint has held Executive Director and Vice President titles spanning multiple functional areas within global financial services including technology, operations, and finance. He has extensive experience delivering large-scale merger, acquisition, and integration programs, and has led teams in multiple geographies.

    Clint spends his free time with his wife and three sons enjoying all seasons outdoors skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. One of their current quests is to complete the Adirondack 46er – climbing the highest 46 peaks in the Adirondack Park.

Kevin leads our Technology and Product Teams, which includes articulating the business, information, and technology processes and architectures by which CaterTrax achieves its business goals efficiently.

  • Kevin joined CaterTrax in 2021 bringing with him 17 years of IT experience in a wide variety of platforms, including e-commerce, Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), IT consulting, collaboration, business intelligence, and applications. He has provided subject matter expertise in a variety of IT areas, including agile project management, systems architecture, automation, end-user computing (virtual desktop and applications), solution architecture, information security, and enterprise architecture.

    Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Information Technology and a minor in Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008. He also received an AAS in Mechanical Engineering from Monroe Community College in 2003. He is active in the community and has previously been a member of several Boards over the years. He enjoys spending time with his family and is a proud father of four. In his free time, Kevin enjoys being outdoors, woodworking, mechanics, and designing systems and applications.

Partnering very closely with the Executive Leadership, Product, Delivery, and Engineering Teams, Gary ensures that CaterTrax Solutions consistently exceed expectations—driving measurable impact, innovation, and lasting value.


  • Gary plays a pivotal role in shaping how clients and collaborators engage with the CaterTrax brand.  A transformational leader and trusted executive for 30+ years, Gary brings a cross-vertical background spanning healthcare, advertising, real estate, and technology. With a proven ability to architect strategic growth initiatives, drive operational efficiencies, and energize high-performance cultures, Gary serves as both visionary and integrator—developing strategies that challenge paradigms, unlock new markets, and expand revenue opportunities.

    Throughout his career, Gary has delivered transformative results by combining analytical precision with strategic creativity—crystallizing outside-the-box solutions, building enduring relationships, and cultivating trust.

    Gary spends his free time with his two sons and fiancée, traveling, and golfing as a member at Oak Hill Country Club.

David leads our Client Services organization and is responsible for the successful implementation and support of CaterTrax solutions. Our goal is to deliver a great experience from the pre-launch implementation through the ongoing support and menu lifecycle.

 

  • David is responsible for overseeing our Client Services Teams, with a focus on ensuring we deliver a great client experience. David earned his B.A. in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo and his MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of work, David enjoys camping, canoeing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Tom joined CaterTrax in 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. A licensed CPA, his background includes roles in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and auditing. He also has extensive experience implementing corporate performance management (CPM) software to enhance strategic planning and operational efficiency.


  • Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from St. John Fisher College in 2010. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He’s an avid hiker, golfer, and proud Buffalo Bills season ticket holder since 2012.

Samantha leads the HR Department and partners with Senior Leadership to provide and sustain a healthy organization for all employees. She is responsible for staffing, onboarding, employee development and talent management, relations, and engagement.

 

  • Samantha earned her B.S. from SUNY Brockport and has over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources within the Technology and Software, Manufacturing, and Distribution spaces.

    Samantha has an appreciation for relationship building and supporting each employee in the organization to establish and maintain a positive and employee-centric culture.

Mike brings over a decade of strategic hospitality management, operational excellence, program development/execution, and business planning experience to his role as Vice President of Market Strategy.

 

 

  • Mike develops the portfolio of resources needed to enrich existing channel partner relationships and pursue additional growth opportunities. Mike’s unique hospitality industry perspective supports CaterTrax’s enterprise mission to improve the quality of life for caterers and foodservice operators. Mike is a true believer – working to deploy, promote, manage, and optimize CaterTrax in an enterprise environment. 

    Mike studied Psychology and Music at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Kent is responsible for leading the Professional Services Team in delivering expert services that meet the needs of our enterprise clients and partners. Kent has 20+ years of expertise in technology-based client services including product management, strategic partnership, and pre and post-sales operations. 

 

  • Kent’s time with client-facing roles lends to his ability to be an ambassador of hospitality, supporting our clients’ needs in the generous and friendly manner we strive for at CaterTrax. Kent received his B.S. in Management Information Systems from St. John Fisher College and his M.S. in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College. Most recently, Kent was the Senior Program Manager at a Fortune 500 company where he served in a variety of managed services roles supporting products and performing audits.

Amie Miller joined CaterTrax in 2013 and currently leads the Implementation Services team, where she focuses on delivering seamless client onboarding experiences and driving operational excellence. 

 

 

  • With a strong background in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration, she ensures that every client launch is executed with precision and care. Known for her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, Amie is passionate about empowering teams and building scalable systems that support long-term success.

    Outside of work, Amie enjoys bowling and spending time outdoors with her husband and their two puggles.

Stacy is responsible for leading our Professional Services Solutions Consulting Team in the delivery of custom enterprise and site solutions. She brings over 15 years of CaterTrax expertise to her role, as well as years of hospitality and management experience in the foodservice industry. 

 

  • Her passion for supporting our clients allows her to craft scalable and repeatable solutions to meet the business needs of our partners, clients, and internal team members. Stacy’s journey with CaterTrax began as a co-op from Rochester Institute of Technology. Since then, she has held many roles including Software Testing Engineer, Technical Support Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager, finally finding her niche in Solutions Consulting. All these roles have helped Stacy gain an intimate, working knowledge of our platform, products, and services. Stacy received her B.S in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Nick leads the Platform Engineering team and has over 10 years of diverse experience with CaterTrax. He has a background in hospitality and a passion for IT, which provides a unique perspective on the needs and challenges of a modern hospitality organization.


  • Nick joined the CaterTrax team in 2012, bringing a diverse background of both hospitality and IT experience. He started off on the Client Support Team helping clients isolate and fix issues before moving on to help formalize and construct the Infrastructure Team, and later the Platform Engineering group. His roles at CaterTrax have included systems administration, incident management, information security, client support, and various other planning and strategy activities.

    Nick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in CIS from Regis University, which he completed part-time while working full-time with CaterTrax. He enjoys a wide range of hobbies including motor racing, 3d printing, gaming, hobby coding, and spending time with his family.

Liz leads the Client Services teams and has over 7 years of experience with CaterTrax. She has a background in Client Services and Customer Support in retail and telecommunication. Liz has a strong desire to create a superior client experience that feels inclusive and personal.

 

  • Liz joined the CaterTrax team in 2017 as the Menu Operations Manager. In her role she successfully improved processes and procedures to create efficiencies and increase productivity while creating a culture where teamwork and quality of work was at the forefront.  In 2023, she began leading the Client Support team which lead to her current role of Director of Client Services, supporting both the Menu and Client Support teams. Liz has continually worked closely with our Professional Services team, Business Development, Implementation, and Technology teams to ensure our clients have an exceptional experience utilizing our product. As the Director of Client Services, she is passionate about leading people while encouraging and inspiring them to chase their potential. She has a proven track record in leading leaders and developing future leaders.

    Liz earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from St. John Fisher University. She also spent time studying at Richmond University located in London, UK. She was born and raised in Rochester, NY and is an avid Buffalo Bills fan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
