WorkPlaceDynamics, LLP, employee survey results reaffirmed the happy team at CaterTrax has been a key ingredient for the catering management software leader. CaterTrax is honored to receive Democrat and Chronicle’s “2015 Rochester Top Workplaces” award. CaterTrax is a leader in the catering management software industry and is the only enterprise software company on the list. Over 8,700 workers at 77 Rochester area companies were surveyed by their employees on workplace satisfaction. The growing, self-proclaimed 10 year old start up is celebrating its first year on the list.

CaterTrax, recently named to the Top 20 Most Promising Food & Beverage Technology Solutions, released the results of their annual survey today. The data from their annual survey backs-up their vision and mission to improve the quality of life for caterers, foodservice operators and the customers they serve. More than 900 foodservice professionals in managed hospitality and catering participated. CaterTrax boasts an impressive NPS score of 44, in comparison to the software and apps sector average NPS score of 26. The positive trend with CaterTrax’s NPS score increasing by 22% is a direct result of the emphasis on service for their software as a service suite of products.

Responsive web design ensures that their website will work cross-platform and be browser independent. This was accomplished by focusing on balancing innovative design with quality code that is interoperable across modern browsers devices. In order to keep pace in 2015, the company is currently working to enable their platform to create responsive websites all while continuing to embody the claim that their technology is built by caterers for caterers.
