“A Complete Catering Solution for All Aspects of your Business”
Our old system required us to view requests via an email set up and then enter the information into their system, plus we would need to send them a copy of their invoice. There was a whole different system needed to process credit cards too! CaterTrax has streamlined all ordering, billing, and processing into one complete system. Our clients ask us for specific reports regarding their catering expenses. With the implementation of CaterTrax, we are able to provide our clients with that information instantly because CaterTrax technology and support teams helped create those reports. We have added multiple buildings and locationsas our network grew and the CaterTrax team was always there to help us work through these changes every step of the way. We currently use 3 different CaterTrax solutions. The Catering, Floor Stock, and the Take-out Solutions have had a huge impact on our labor costs, supply costs. They’ve also helped increase sales, expand our business service area, and meet our clients’ needs for specific reports. I cannot even begin to explain how valuable the CaterTrax program is to our facility. The support is fantastic and they keep on making improvements too.

“A Must Have!”
I have been a huge fan of CaterTrax for many years now. When I first heard of CaterTrax, I thought it was just another type of software that was out there that could do the same thing I was already doing. Boy, was I wrong! CaterTrax has made my life so much easier, and to be honest with you, it made my customers much happier. I absolutely love every aspect of the company. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help in every which way possible. The online support is extremely efficient and is very quick at turning around requests. The software is extremely functional in so many ways. There are many aspects that you just need to take advantage of – from catering to floor stock, menu advertising, billing, and this is just a few of its capabilities. If you’re not currently utilizing CaterTrax I don’t know what you are waiting for. Over the past two years, my District Manager would ask me to go and speak with his other clients to help sell this program and create some efficiencies.
