My first support encounter with CaterTrax was a pleasant one. I was concerned as to why my username was not working properly after just receiving my credentials to use the administrative site. A ticket was provided to resolve the issue, however, I took it a step further and called the 800 number. The technician was very nice and calm. She was very eager to resolve any of my technical difficulties so that I could get back to my daily tasks. That within itself resonated with me. She also offered to wait on the line to make sure that her support was effective so that I would not have to call back.
