“Hassle-Free Tech Support”
I have recently discovered the “Support” option within our CaterTrax administrative system. I love the accessibility and professionalism associated with such an option. Often in the food industry, daily processes move so quickly that requests of all kinds need to be processed promptly in order to best serve the customer as well as for the sanity of the foodservice worker. With the easy to access “Support” option, there is no sifting through 800 numbers or selecting option after option only to end where I started. There is no need to worry about punctuality with the Support Team at CaterTrax. When submitting a ticket, response time is almost immediate. Tickets don’t remain pending for days on end, and resolutions are met within the same day (if not within the same minute). Each time I’ve had to call for clarification, members of the Support Team have been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. In particular, I would like to recognize Zeke from the CaterTrax Menu Team. He clearly understood my confusion, was confident in his advice, and was proficient in his field. Thank you, Zeke! I will continue to use this feature and will have very little apprehension when doing so. With the CaterTrax Team, I know I’m in good hands.
