Introducing the New Online Ordering Experience

This latest iteration of the TRAX Platform leverages best practices for an innovative customer experience that extends your exceptional hospitality to your website and makes interacting with you online as easy as making a phone call. You’ll see updates to the functionality and design of your site and it will be faster to take advantage of innovation as it’s released.

If you see the blackout logo when logged in administratively to the TRAX Platform, you currently cannot make or request updates to your site

Upgrade Process and Blackout Periods

During your channel’s scheduled upgrade to the new Online Ordering Experience, all sites are placed into a temporary “blackout period” where no updates can be made apart from adding an administrator or resolving an issue with functionality.  During this time, the Aramark’s Catering Brand Management Team has requested that any Aramark staff with administrative login credentials to the TRAX Platform not request or make any updates until their blackout period has ended with the completion of their upgrade.  

Our CaterTrax team will be reaching out to your location during the blackout period to provide a preview of your upgraded site for review. You can also find a link to this review site when it becomes available beneath the blackout logo. This is your site’s opportunity to ask questions about your new site before it goes live. 

When your blackout period begins, you will see the blackout logo when logged in administratively to the TRAX Platform. To keep up to date on when to expect this period, you can check back to this site at any time as we continue to update the schedule below.
