This position is responsible for developing well designed, testable, efficient code consistent with company coding standards and best practices. This position works as part of a larger development team focused on driving innovation across the whole application.

  • Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Analyst is responsible for analyzing, describing, and collaborating in the development of software products to meet the needs of the company and its customers. The Product Analyst works closely with the Product Manager to identify, describe, and break down business requirements to ensure alignment with scrum delivery teams. Additionally, the Product Analyst will track the impact of completed work as well as inform and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Reporting to the CTO, the Director of Software Development is accountable for executing on the company’s vision for the software applications it offers. This position is responsible for collaboratively leading the Software Development teams, communicating the technology course to support the Product Innovation team’s vision for the company’s product lines, understanding the business needs of the clients and partners we serve, defining strategies for support of product development road maps, and driving initiatives on data architecture, data standards, software architecture, DevOps and software configuration architecture.

  • Reporting to the Controller, the Accountant is responsible for performing tasks within the company’s general ledger including customer invoicing, accounts receivable management, collections activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close related activities. This position is also responsible for ad hoc project work as well as researching and providing guidance on relevant accounting issues.
