I’ve been working in this industry for almost ten years, and have had the privilege to do it at four universities – three that used CaterTrax, one that did not. The difference in event performance from start to finish at the school that did not have CaterTrax cannot be described or quantified in any sort of way. Every aspect of the event planning phase is difficult -from clients browsing the menu, to making menu adjustments, to my staff finding the event sheets reader-friendly. Not having to worry about if a menu submission will update in time, or if my kitchen and front of house staff understand the sheets that I have produced, allows me to focus my time dealing with clients directly and focusing my attention elsewhere. In the event industry, there are usually about one thousand things that can go wrong at any given moment, and it is very reassuring to know that anything that has to do with the TRAX Platform and dealing with CaterTrax will never be one of them.

I enjoy using the TRAX Platform for our catering as well as floor stock needs. I was introduced to CaterTrax in May 2015 and it was very easy to use and navigate. I was able to train our staff and clients on the basics of ordering as well as set them up with an account.
