Simplification of a complex business – creating and posting menus, ability to change menus and prices whenever we need, keeping track of time and client changes on an hourly basis, identifying the status of an event, and keeping track of that most important commodity – money. We recently began a seasonal menu offering which took more than 2 years to finally figure out on our end and then turned to CaterTrax to create this for us. The results have been spectacular!! Increased sales, repeat orders, and customers asking when we are going to do this again! So many others doubted that this would take off, that few people noticed our website or the services we offered. They were totally wrong!! It’s amazing that as we initially offered this just for a few months, we have multiple repeat orders months after we took off the seasonal menu. I have been using CaterTrax for 8 years. When we first started using CaterTrax we could not even process credit cards. After 12 years with my former company, I started working for a new company. They did not use any kind of software program for any of their catering or restaurant. I showed them how CaterTrax works and how it would make the ordering system much easier. CaterTrax made it easy for them to get started with menus and ordering online. Customers love being able to order online! We started a new small company that handles all the pharmaceutical rep lunches and deliveries. CaterTrax is so easy to use and helps keep track of my monthly sales. The ease of ordering is great for our customers and for my staff and myself. I would recommend CaterTrax to any restaurant!

“What an Amazing Partnership”
I wanted to pass along some feedback about your CaterTrax Support Team. I am the GM for a 6-hospital system. Earlier this week, one of our more demanding hospitals really asked us to challenge ourselves to come up with a bunch of new catering controls within CaterTrax, within a 3-day window. My first call was to Molly; needless to say not only was she friendly and accommodating but assured me that all the changes could be handled. She worked with me to understand what can and can’t be done so I could respond quickly to the client on how we can accommodate all their requests. Molly then put me in touch with Stephen Bui who spent almost three hours working with me on solutions to meet the clients need. Stephen was very accommodating as we worked through numerous changes so we could agree on a final product; even offering to come to work early on Monday to accommodate the new changes. I feel even more confident that we partnered with CaterTrax for our Floor Stock and Catering needs. It’s not every day that I receive the customer service and product expertise that I got this week between Molly and Stephen. Job well done.
