We implemented the TRAX Platform almost four years ago as a solution to our numerous issues with catering, floor stocks, and requisitions. We saw an immediate improvement in our ordering processes as well as our tracking and reporting capabilities that we continue to benefit from today. We have much better oversight and control and can now provide our clients with the data we both need to monitor and budget for these areas. “Easy, Fast, and Accurate”
I do all the billing for our Dining Hospitality Department. I find the billing to be so much easier now that we use CaterTrax and each person can look into their wallet and see their billing. Before CaterTrax, I was doing individual bills for each event but now each person can view their billing. They put their information in and all I do now is send the final invoice over to Finance for them to journal entry the event. I started with CaterTrax from the beginning so I know how to create an event and then bill it out. The reports are great! I can print out reports and prepare them on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. It’s easy to see how much each department spends and the account numbers that were charged. When I have an issue I create my questions, send them to the CaterTrax Support Team, and a response is given to me almost immediately. I love it!

“Easily Learned Platform with Communication Built In”
Coming into Union College as the Catering Coordinator, I had a lot to learn. We do thousands of events every year. If it weren’t for the ease-of-use with the CaterTrax system, I would have found myself very overwhelmed. We are able to work as a team and stay connected with this system. Communication is key and this system makes that easy. When required, we are easily able to complete changes ourselves and if not, the CaterTrax Support Team completes them for us right away.
