Group by Guest

When placing an order, customers can now add names to individual order items with the Group by Guest feature.* Individual names for each person included in an order allow for a clear indication of which items belong to which guests. Not only does the Group by Guest feature support safe packaging, but it also guarantees that orders for customers with dietary needs can easily be identified.

It’s quick and easy to implement the Group by Guest feature. Simply submit a request to enable this feature (including whether you want to add it to kitchen sheets, production reports, and/or Printer), and our Client Support Team will assist.

The Group by Guest feature is available on our Catering and Take-Out Solutions and comes at no additional cost to you.

Limited Time Offer (LTO) Enhancement

As part of a larger project around LTO menu improvements, we’ve added icons to clearly denote the classification of LTO menus within the Menu Edit Tool. This is the final update made to improve our internal LTO management process. To learn more about the overall project, check out our Release Notes: February 2021 blog post.

Updates to Nutritional Information and Product Options

Adding start dates and end dates to nutritional information and product options dictates whether they are displayed on your menu and orderable by your customers.* The functionality to include a date range for these items is now available. Additionally, this enhancement adds further efficiency to the deployment process for LTO menus, as start and end dates are pertinent to limited-time menu offerings.

The start date and end date for nutritional information and product options can also be modified directly within the Menu Edit Tool.
