There are more than a few things I really like about CaterTrax and it’s organization is one of the first things that comes to mind. The platform easily allows me to look ahead and prepare for upcoming events and also comes in handy when doing the weekly food orders. I like how you can go into the customer’s account and easily make changes for them or add little side notes and reminders about the event. Also, I like the added option of printing out an order and placing it in the weekly catering folders so it properly and clearly states what is needed for each event. Each order also comes with its own tracking number which makes for fast referencing. I highly recommend this to anyone in the industry looking to streamline their productivity.
