• Coupons are front and center this month and received a variety of innovative enhancements, as detailed below
• The Back of House header has a fresh, new look; functionality has not changed

Coupon Enhancements

Drive additional business, highlight limited-time offers on your menu, or entice new customers with a percentage off of their first order by offering customers a promotion. Whatever makes sense for you and your business! This month, we released enhanced coupon functionality to further strengthen your marketing strategy, including:

• New and improved coupon template
• The default image can be replaced
• Coupons are optimized for mobile
• A coupon can be limited to a specific affiliate
• A coupon can be limited to a new customer’s first order
• The coupon headline is customizable
• Eligibility requirements are included in the template so customers can clearly see what a coupon is good for

All these enhancements build upon prior releases from August and September, which included:

• A promo code can be entered during checkout
• Promo codes can be promoted independently
• If a customer enters an ineligible promo code during checkout, they’ll be notified

Back of House Header Has a New, Streamlined Design

When administrators sign into their account, the row of icons at the top of the page is what we refer to as the Back of House header. These icons are used for back of house site navigation and remain in the same order and function the same as they always have. The only option that changed location is “Sign Out” which is now found in the top right corner of the screen. Watch this short video to check out the new, streamlined look!
